Great response times commendable service my thanks to all concerned. On a down side this web site is like entering a maze and could be much simpler to use I had to return a number of times before getting here

The children’s A and E department at Queen’s is absolutely amazing! My 15 year old son had dislocated his shoulder and was in an awful lot of pain. As soon as we walked through the doors we were seen immediately! I would particularly like to thank [name removed] who was incredible. He was so calm, professional and brilliant at his job! First class! It was like watching a magician as he gently put my son’s shoulder back in place. All staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you to all of you.

I just feel being in the bay at night staff are extremely loud like no consideration for patients trying to sleep. Other wise it has been good overall.

They have looked after me ever since I came in. They couldn’t have done enough. Very good. All but 1 very kind.

Staff numbers were too low to help me get out and mobilise as the physo had recommended
